  This is the email I sent them. They never responded: To whom it may concern, On the 25th of May, I was part of a group of Senior Pensioners from Chester Hill Community Centre that attended there for lunch. What I would like to know is, why your waiters/waitresses kept pouring drink after drink of wine, when the deal only included one glass per person? None of asked for more wine and it should not have been constantly offered to us, when it was not requested. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but at no point was it mentioned that it was not included. Your website does Not say that coffee is extra, so one could reasonably assume that it was complimentary, as it has been at so many other monthly outings we have attended. When I questioned the manager as to why the wine was constantly topped up, the answer was: "good customer service". Well, where was the "customer service" when we requested bread and butter?!!! I am appalled and view this as a MASSIVE money grab. Trick struggling pensioners and struggling Community Centres and then hit them with a massive unexpected bill !!! I will be posting this on Facebook to warn everyone I possibly can, so that they may not fall into the same predicament as we did. I wonder if ACCC and ACA may be interested also....
