Peaceful reserve with shark net and Italian kiosk. Playground for the children and good walks through to Watson's Bay.

Lovely harbourside location. Locals-focused family-friendly crowd at most times. At low tide the sea bottom can be quite murky and ther can be some black mud. I have heard tell of a small seahorse colony between the shark nets and the path from Hopetoun Ave sometimes features a large number of water dragons basking in the sunshine alongside the creek.
